Our helpdesk is your first point of contact for all aftersales care, whether you feel that you would benefit from extra staff training or receiving some step-by-step guidance over the phone.


We have trainers located right across the UK who can visit your school and demonstrate how to get started with your Life Channel equipment. Schools are entitled to an unlimited number of training sessions so do not hesitate to get in touch at any time if you feel that you are not making the most of your system.

Technical Support

Our technical helpdesk team are available to provide guidance over the phone should you be experiencing any difficulties with any of your equipment. Should you need to call the helpdesk at any time, one of our helpful technicians will take you through the troubleshooting steps to get you back up and running as soon as possible


The Life Channel schedules age-appropriate content every month covering health, the curriculum, sustainability, exercise and current news. You can also access our expanding video library to download more content and upload it to your Life Channel player.
